Seller Policy<\/h1>

This Seller Policy explains the rules and responsibilities that apply to sellers and vendors using the AliAuction marketplace.<\/p>

By registering as a seller or listing an item on AliAuction, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms & Conditions, and other applicable marketplace policies.<\/p>

1. Seller Registration<\/h2>

To sell on AliAuction, you may be required to create a seller\/vendor account and provide accurate information.<\/p>

Sellers must:<\/p>

  • Provide accurate personal or business information<\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate contact information<\/p><\/li>

  • Keep account credentials secure<\/p><\/li>

  • Complete any required seller verification<\/p><\/li>

  • Provide additional information when reasonably required for marketplace or legal purposes<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Seller Verification<\/h2>

    AliAuction may request information to verify a seller’s identity or business.<\/p>

    Verification information may include identification documents, business information, contact details, or other information required by the platform.<\/p>

    Verification does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of a seller.<\/p>

    3. Product Listings<\/h2>

    Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about every item they list.<\/p>

    Listings should clearly describe:<\/p>

    • Product name<\/p><\/li>

    • Condition<\/p><\/li>

    • Product features<\/p><\/li>

    • Included items<\/p><\/li>

    • Defects or damage<\/p><\/li>

    • Quantity<\/p><\/li>

    • Price or starting bid<\/p><\/li>

    • Shipping information<\/p><\/li>

    • Return information where applicable<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Images should accurately represent the item being sold.<\/p>

      4. Accurate Product Information<\/h2>

      Sellers must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about their products.<\/p>

      The product received by the buyer should substantially match the description and images provided in the listing.<\/p>

      5. Auction Listings<\/h2>

      Sellers must provide accurate auction information, including:<\/p>

      • Starting price<\/p><\/li>

      • Auction duration<\/p><\/li>

      • Bid requirements<\/p><\/li>

      • Reserve price, where applicable<\/p><\/li>

      • Shipping options<\/p><\/li>

      • Item condition<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Sellers must not manipulate their own auctions or artificially increase bids.<\/p>

        6. Prohibited Listing Activities<\/h2>

        Sellers must not:<\/p>

        • List illegal products<\/p><\/li>

        • List counterfeit products<\/p><\/li>

        • List stolen goods<\/p><\/li>

        • Use misleading product information<\/p><\/li>

        • Manipulate auction bids<\/p><\/li>

        • Create fake buyer accounts<\/p><\/li>

        • Bid on their own listings<\/p><\/li>

        • Attempt to avoid marketplace fees<\/p><\/li>

        • Upload malicious files or harmful content<\/p><\/li>

        • Infringe another person’s intellectual property<\/p><\/li>

        • Use AliAuction to conduct fraudulent transactions<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          AliAuction may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these rules.<\/p>

          7. Order Processing<\/h2>

          After receiving a successful order, sellers should:<\/p>

          1. Confirm the order.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Prepare the item for shipment.<\/p><\/li>

          3. Ship within the stated handling period.<\/p><\/li>

          4. Provide tracking information where available.<\/p><\/li>

          5. Respond to buyer questions or issues.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            8. Shipping Responsibilities<\/h2>

            Sellers are responsible for properly packaging products and selecting an appropriate shipping method.<\/p>

            Sellers should provide accurate shipping costs and delivery estimates.<\/p>

            Repeated shipping delays or failure to ship orders may result in account restrictions.<\/p>

            9. Communication with Buyers<\/h2>

            Sellers should communicate with buyers professionally and honestly.<\/p>

            Sellers must not request unnecessary personal information or attempt to move transactions outside AliAuction to avoid marketplace fees or protections.<\/p>

            10. Returns and Refunds<\/h2>

            Sellers must follow their stated return policy and applicable AliAuction policies.<\/p>

            Where a refund or return is approved, sellers must cooperate with the applicable process.<\/p>

            Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>

            11. Disputes<\/h2>

            If a buyer opens a dispute, sellers should respond promptly and provide relevant information.<\/p>

            AliAuction may request:<\/p>

            • Order information<\/p><\/li>

            • Tracking information<\/p><\/li>

            • Product photographs<\/p><\/li>

            • Shipping evidence<\/p><\/li>

            • Communication records<\/p><\/li>

            • Other relevant information<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Failure to respond may affect the outcome of a marketplace dispute.<\/p>

              12. Seller Ratings and Badges<\/h2>

              AliAuction may provide seller ratings, reviews, badges, or other marketplace indicators.<\/p>

              Sellers must not manipulate ratings, reviews, or badge-related activity.<\/p>

              Artificial reviews or ratings may be removed.<\/p>

              13. Seller Payments and Withdrawals<\/h2>

              Seller payments and withdrawals are subject to AliAuction’s payment and marketplace processes.<\/p>

              A seller may be required to complete verification before certain funds can be withdrawn.<\/p>

              Payment processing and withdrawal timing may depend on the selected payment provider.<\/p>

              14. Fees and Commissions<\/h2>

              AliAuction may charge sellers marketplace fees, commissions, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges.<\/p>

              The applicable fees should be communicated through the seller account, marketplace documentation, or relevant transaction information.<\/p>

              AliAuction may update its fee structure from time to time.<\/p>

              15. Seller Account Suspension<\/h2>

              AliAuction may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a seller account when there is evidence of:<\/p>

              • Prohibited products<\/p><\/li>

              • Auction manipulation<\/p><\/li>

                Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, taxes, product requirements, shipping requirements, and other obligations related to their business and products.<\/p>

                AliAuction does not replace the seller’s legal or tax obligations.<\/p>

                AliAuction may update this Seller Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the marketplace, services, or applicable requirements.<\/p>
