Verification does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of a seller.

3. Product Listings

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about every item they list.

Listings should clearly describe:

  • Product name

  • Condition

  • Product features

  • Included items

  • Defects or damage

  • Quantity

  • Price or starting bid

  • Shipping information

  • Return information where applicable

Images should accurately represent the item being sold.

4. Accurate Product Information

Sellers must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about their products.

The product received by the buyer should substantially match the description and images provided in the listing.

5. Auction Listings

Sellers must provide accurate auction information, including:

  • Starting price

  • Auction duration

  • Bid requirements

  • Reserve price, where applicable

  • Shipping options

  • Item condition

Sellers must not manipulate their own auctions or artificially increase bids.

6. Prohibited Listing Activities

Sellers must not:

  • List illegal products

  • List counterfeit products

  • List stolen goods

  • Use misleading product information

  • Manipulate auction bids

  • Create fake buyer accounts

  • Bid on their own listings

  • Attempt to avoid marketplace fees

  • Upload malicious files or harmful content

  • Infringe another person’s intellectual property

  • Use AliAuction to conduct fraudulent transactions

AliAuction may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

7. Order Processing

After receiving a successful order, sellers should:

  1. Confirm the order.

  2. Prepare the item for shipment.

  3. Ship within the stated handling period.

  4. Provide tracking information where available.

  5. Respond to buyer questions or issues.

8. Shipping Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for properly packaging products and selecting an appropriate shipping method.

Sellers should provide accurate shipping costs and delivery estimates.

Repeated shipping delays or failure to ship orders may result in account restrictions.

9. Communication with Buyers

Sellers should communicate with buyers professionally and honestly.

Sellers must not request unnecessary personal information or attempt to move transactions outside AliAuction to avoid marketplace fees or protections.

10. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must follow their stated return policy and applicable AliAuction policies.

Where a refund or return is approved, sellers must cooperate with the applicable process.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Disputes

If a buyer opens a dispute, sellers should respond promptly and provide relevant information.

AliAuction may request:

  • Order information

  • Tracking information

  • Product photographs

  • Shipping evidence

  • Communication records

  • Other relevant information

Failure to respond may affect the outcome of a marketplace dispute.

12. Seller Ratings and Badges

AliAuction may provide seller ratings, reviews, badges, or other marketplace indicators.

Sellers must not manipulate ratings, reviews, or badge-related activity.

Artificial reviews or ratings may be removed.

13. Seller Payments and Withdrawals

Seller payments and withdrawals are subject to AliAuction’s payment and marketplace processes.

A seller may be required to complete verification before certain funds can be withdrawn.

Payment processing and withdrawal timing may depend on the selected payment provider.

14. Fees and Commissions

AliAuction may charge sellers marketplace fees, commissions, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges.

The applicable fees should be communicated through the seller account, marketplace documentation, or relevant transaction information.

AliAuction may update its fee structure from time to time.

15. Seller Account Suspension

AliAuction may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a seller account when there is evidence of:

  • Fraud

  • Policy violations

  • Prohibited products

  • Auction manipulation

  • Repeated order problems

  • Payment issues

  • Security concerns

  • Unlawful activity

Where appropriate, AliAuction may request additional information before taking further action.

16. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, taxes, product requirements, shipping requirements, and other obligations related to their business and products.

AliAuction does not replace the seller’s legal or tax obligations.
